Animale Perfume
The
Animale Perfume is one of the perfumes I wear most often.
I've been wearing it since the late 1990s and I've never grown
sick of it. The Animale Perfume has the perfect fragrance
for me. It's a combination of citrus and floral scents. It's
light and airy, rather than heavy and overwhelming. It is
sweet, but not too sweet. I have a strong aversion to overwhelming
scents. Some florals are so floral that they give me a headache.
Some perfumes have a tendency to make me dizzy. The Animale Perfume does none of these things to me.
A friend
of mine was the first among us to own the Animale Perfume. Every
time I was in her presence I had to tell her again how much
I loved her perfume. Pretty soon everyone in our circle of
friends had run out and bought their own bottle of Animale Perfume.
I buy my Animale Perfume at Filenes Department Store. I keep the
3.4 ounce bottle at home, and spritz as I am going out the
door. I keep my 1.7 ounce bottle in my car, so I can freshen
up when I am on the go.
The fact
that I like my Animale Perfume is a big deal. So many perfumes are
nauseating to me. But, my friends and myself are not the only
ones who like this perfume. Every guy I've dated since I started
wearing it has gone nuts for it! One guy asked me what it
was so he could buy it for his mom for Mother's Day. An even
bigger compliment came when a male friend asked me what Animale Perfume
I was wearing because he wanted his girlfriend to smell like
me. Ok -- so that was bizarre to hear, but I took that as
a major compliment.
My co-workers
also have complimented me a great deal on my Animale Perfume as
well. I usually spritz myself before I come back from lunch.
Inevitably, I always seem to get a comment from someone telling
me how much they like my Animale Perfume, or asking me what it is.
This is one of the hottest perfumes. There always seems to
be special promotions with this Animale Perfume, where you get a
special bag, and lotion and/or shower gel for a lower price
if you buy the set. These are great if you like to "layer"
your scents. Layering your scent will help you smell great
all day long. The ingredients are pretty much a secret. I
can tell you there are water, alcohol, and "fragrance"
in Animale Perfume. I cannot, however, say what the "fragrance"
is. Personally, I smell a light citrus base, with freesia
overtones. But, I'm no scent-expert.
