Black Suede Cologne
Believe it or not, I've tried almost every man's cologne
that's been released on the American market. I've worn various
colognes and after shaves since the age of 13 the Black Suede Cologne is among the top 5 colognes that woman like smelling
on men. The Black Suede Cologne is classified as refreshing,
spicy, lavender, amber fragrance. This strong masculine scent
possesses a soothing blend of woods, yet it offers a fresh
citrus and spicy leaf aroma. The Black Suede Cologne was created
in 1995. Initially it was highly recommended for office wears
however its popularity surpassed the office making in one
of the most popular colognes of the mid 90's. What impressed
me about the Black Suede Cologne is it provocative, bold fragrance
that made women asks, "What are you wearing?" Since
the question was said with a pleasant smile, I quickly took
a liking to this cologne. The cost of the cologne has gone
down over the years, so I don't mind spending $30.00 for a
3.4 ounce bottle, when it comes to smelling good, this is
one area where I don't mind pampering myself.
One of
the reasons why I've tried so many colognes is because some
of their scents wear off of me rather quickly. The Black Suede Cologne can be worn during the daytime and evening, but it
really struts it's stuff during the night. The longevity of
this fragrance is fantastic! No need to reapply or freshen
up you get a rugged, robust scent the matches my adventurous
image. The fragrance is very long lasting and changes subtly
during the day as the base notes come to the fore, but is
never overpowering. And the nice thing about this fragrance
is that it can be used by men of any age, from teenagers to
granddads. Most cologne's fragrances last longer than Aftershave.
The Black Suede Cologne cologne lasts longer than the aftershave
so I don't use as much. The Black Suede Cologne is an excellent
choice for men that want to smell sexy.
The Black Suede Cologne is far from cheap. This cologne like most should
be kept away from severe heat or open flames. The only downside
to this Black Suede Cologne is its twist on cap that's attached
by a piece of plastic. The cap gets in the way when spraying
resulting in cologne getting on your hands. I prefer spraying
in certain key areas and that's it. When the nozzle is not
blocked you can spray a good portion of the crease in your
arm. The glass bottle is heavy and stands with no problem.
