Blue Grass Perfume
There's
also the risk of spraying on a scent that smells like vomit
and being stuck with it for the rest of the day. Since I knew
I liked the Blue Grass Perfume for women, I steered my husband
in that direction. We quickly found the 1.7 ounce bottle of
the Blue Grass Perfume for men. The bottle itself is exactly
the same size as the one for women, except it's tall and narrow
and the one for women is short and wide. Also, the top on
the men's version is black, whereas on the women's version,
it's silver. I sprayed some Blue Grass Perfume on my husband's
neck and said, "Let's walk around for awhile and let
it set in." He agreed. After about a half an hour, I
sniffed and noted the clean woodsy scent. I could definitely
smell citrus and lavender on him. I can't say that I've been
able to discern any musky notes when I've sprayed Romance
for Men. If there's any musk in this scent, it's very subtle.
In my opinion, that's a good thing. One other scent that I
detected was mint, although I'm not sure if I was supposed
to pick that up or not.
I compared
the men's version of the Blue Grass Perfume to the women's
version. They do smell very similar although they aren't quite
the same. The Blue Grass Perfume for Men seems more woodsy
to me, while the cologne for Women has more of a floral scent.
The Blue Grass Perfume is available in 1.7 oz or 3.4 oz spray
bottles. There are also accessories such as after-shave lotion,
lotion, shower gel, after shave gel, and deodorant to be had
if you're really interested. I have to comment on the name
Blue Grass Perfume for a man's scent. Whenever I think of
the name Blue Grass Perfume on a scent for a man, I kind of
think it sounds a bit feminine. But the scent isn't feminine
at all. It doesn't really matter what the name of the scent
is anyway as long as it works. Besides, he's only going to
be wearing it around me, hoping that it'll make me want to
lavish affection on him more often! I want to do that anyway,
but it's a lot easier to give my husband lots of affection
when he smells really good. I'm glad he's finally starting
to realize that (believe it or not, the thought had never
occurred to him before!)! In fact, I think I may have even
created a scent monster. He said that next time we went to
the exchange, he was going to pick up a bottle of one of the
runners up we tested!
My husband
paid $38.50 for his 1.7 oz bottle of Blue Grass Perfume for
Men. I think that's less than he would have paid in a department
store, but then again, we were in a military exchange and
prices tend to be lower there. The Blue Grass Perfume has
that smell. It's clean, crisp and great to smell. Most men
will get turned off by the name, but trust me, at least get
a sample and try it (or have your man try it). You won't be
disappointed.
